Lindamood-Bell owns and operates 41 learning centres across the United States, one in London, and one in Sydney. Our Sydney Learning Centre is looking for an energetic, positive individual to work as its Office Manager / Receptionist. The role is full-time.
The ideal candidate will:
- have a passion for the education field and helping others;
- be reliable, energetic, flexible and professional;
- have an aptitude for positive interactions with others, including students and parents;
- have a Higher School Certificate or equivalent;
- at least 3 years experience working in a professional environment, or equivalent; and
- meet Lindamood-Bell’s requirements for language skills and clerical ability including spelling and reading comprehension and computer literacy.
Responsibilities will include:
- being the contact person for prospective and established students, parents and employees;
- processing client and employee documentation;
- scheduling students and employees;
- invoicing and payment collection;
- maintenance of learning centre appearance; and
- maintenance of a large database;
- assisting centre director with community outreach events;
- communicating with the head office in the United States.
Remuneration: 45K – 55K + super.
