EA / Legal Secretary - Commercial Property

Are you looking for a busy role with high levels of client liaison?

Do you have minimum 5 years legal secretarial / EA experience, ideally within commercial property?

This prestigious upper mid tier law firm are seeking an experienced legal secretary to fill this critical role.

This role will see you supporting the head of the commercial property team.  There will be highly levels of client liaison and complex billing so this role will certainly keep you on your toes!

This role will see you as the "go to person" of the group.  You will be involved in a wide variety of duties, covering all aspects of legal secretarial and EA work.  You will also mentor junior legal secretaries, so an approachable and friendly personality is a must!

This position will suit an experienced legal secretary or a corporate EA who has extensive billing experience.  Experience with a document management system is ideal.  Ideally you will have worked within commercial property, however other areas will be considered.   You will have proven experience dealing with high level clients, and have experience mentoring junior staff members.
