We are a well established Top 20 Australian Wine Company with a diverse portfolio and an enviable reputation. We now require an experienced and strategic salesperson to join our premier Sydney team.
A mix of 20% new business and 80% account management; we need someone who can competently cross-sell and up-sell across our full range. Responsible for a geographic territory you will be required to plan your territory and execute accordingly. You will be comfotable setting and executing sales plans and you will be expected to do everything in your power to meet them, with full back up and support given in this respect. A relatively autonomous role, you will be out in the Field the majority of the time so you must be comfortable in being autonomous yet accountable for your actions.

Of course you will have current field sales experience within the wine/liquor industry and a minimum of 2+ years selling into this sector and a thorough knowledge of sales processes. This role encourages you to perform at your very best and rewards accordingly and you will be expected to be highly motivated, passionate, organised and incredibly driven. Current industry contacts will be highly regarded. Due to the nature of our portfolio and reputation, wine knowledge is essential.
Roles in this company are very sought after and on offer is a generous base salary, super, company car as well as an attainable and very generous commission structure.
