Successful manufacturing company requires the services of a polite and experienced technical support officer for an initial 1 month contract.

In this role you will work within a small team dedicated to supplying support to internal and field operators on a specific in-house application.

Your tasks will include but not be limited to; 1st line support, troubleshooting, windows uninstalls, ensuring Firewalls are set correctly and seeing issues through to resolution which keeping the end user informed of any progress.

To be successful for this new and interesting contract opportunity you will possess excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a corporate environment and exposure to Windows XP, 07 and Vista are essential for this role.
