Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for sourcing leads, maintaining the sales database and warm calling prospects with the view of setting appointments for the Sales Director. Because our offering is so unique and our target market relatively untouched, the approaches are often well received.
We are seeking a well spoken, organised and professional sales person who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and spread the HRnet word. Someone who can think on their feet and handle the occasion objection and can quickly get to the point and close the prospect to simply agree to meet with the Sales Director. Surely that’s not hard, right?
What do you need? Firstly, this is a contract position, so you need to have an ABN. In terms of hardware, you will need to have a pc / laptop with broadband internet access. HRnet will pay for all landline calls via Skype (if you don’t have Skype we will arrange) and arrange a mobile phone for inbound calls.
We’ll pay a great hourly rate to the right candidate and there’s commission for sales targets met along the way. Best of all – you chose when (during business hours) you want to work the 14 - 16 hours per week required to get the job done.
