As a Service Centre Technician, your diverse team will be led by highly skilled team leaders providing you with mentoring and challenging opportunities to empower your career! At Kinetic IT, we value our staff and invest in their careers through:

Providing exceptional IT support to our high profile client, you will be responsible for the end to end logging of client service requests with responsibility for prioritization, coordination and closure in accordance with procedures.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
· Proven experience delivering OUTSTANDING customer service
· Demonstrated verbal & written communication coupled with strong interpersonal skills
· Interest in developing a career in IT
