Southern Cross Care (SA & NT) is a major provider of residential care and retirement accommodation facilities. In their pursuit of excellence, a new position has been created to manage and lead a brand new facility based in Fannie Bay.
Reporting to the Executive Manager, Residential Services this role provides the opportunity for a true enabling leader to manage, lead and develop the delivery of a number of high quality services. The role will require strong clinical and operational skills and the ability to work autonomously. A demonstrated ability to build strong key stakeholder relationships with a variety of advocacy groups and local government is essential.
Your senior management experience coupled with your solid clinical background will ensure your success in this role. Your strong commitment to excellence in service delivery and the ability to establish, review and continuously improve service standards is essential. Experience within the aged care sector is mandatory, as is a Bachelor of Nursing and current registration with the Nurses Board. Staff accommodation is available if required.
